Commercial focus
The founder’s involvement is at the commercial level of the Group’s work: the standards applied to counterparties, the position taken in a negotiation, and the decision on whether an engagement proceeds at all.
Where the Group declines a counterparty, a jurisdiction or a route, that decision is a commercial and governance one and rests with the founder.

Relevant identity, capability and commercial standing are reviewed before an engagement proceeds.
Anti-bribery
The Group does not offer, solicit or facilitate improper payments, and withdraws where they are expected.
Sanctions awareness
Relevant counterparties, jurisdictions and routes are reviewed against applicable restrictions, with specialist advice sought where required.
Responsible sourcing
Where independent certification or provenance verification is required, appropriately qualified or accredited specialists may be engaged.
Confidentiality
Commercial information is handled on a controlled-disclosure basis, according to the requirements of the engagement.
Third-party standards
Agents, intermediaries and service providers acting for the Group are held to these same standards.
